Simi and Wande Coal are bringing the African flavour to UK this month, with the duo set to hold their debut headline concert on the same day.
The festive season is almost here and as such there is usually a rush of concerts, festivals and musical events organized by artistes to cater for their fans who have supported them all year long.
For Wande Coal, a headline concert in the UK has been a long time coming. The ‘Iskaba’ singer who has enjoyed a solid run in 2018 announced months ago that he will be holding his ”Wande Coal, Live in concert” at the Indigo at the O2 Arena on Sunday, November 11, 2018.
‘Wande Coal, Live in concert’ will be hosted by ace comedian, Basketmouth and will also feature special guests in Maleek Berry, Lotto Boyz, NSG UK and more.
The ‘Indigo at the O2’ is an almost 3,000 capacity arena housed within the O2 district and caters for live music and corporate events.
Further down in the North of London is Simi, who will also be holding her headline UK concert on the same day at the O2 Academy Islington.
”It’s finally happening… Simi is coming to play @02Islington”, she had shared excitedly in April.
Simi had in July joined Adekunle Gold at his #About30 concert at the Indigo at the O2 Arena, where she had stated her desire afterward to headline her own event.
The event will feature opening performances from the likes of Davina Oriakhi and a number of other surprise guests.
